Some doctor in Bangladesh now a days, use their Current course as degrees in their prescription, signboard or in their personal pad. BMDC (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council) took the steps to prohibit this kind of attitude of doctors, and send the modalities to the doctors.
BMDC modalities:
To avoid legal proceedings do not write PGT, FCPS (Part-1, Part 2), M/S, MD (Part 1 or Part 2 or thesis part) in your prescription, letter pad, sign board, banner, bill board etc. which is not recognized by BM&DC. All registered doctors are requested to update their registration & to mention registration number in prescription letter
